Normally after the Zoom treatment or the Diversident treatment, I might recommend a toothpaste that helps to desensitize the teeth. It has phosphates in it, and it’s going to desensitize the teeth so that they’re not so sensitive or you can minimize the amount of sensitivity after the procedures done.
Other than that, there’s really nothing aside from just avoiding again tea, coffee, cigarettes, red wine, those sort of things so that while the pores are still open and haven’t quite closed yet you don’t have the ingress of stains back into the tooth.
All those soft drinks with all those food colorings and all that are probably a bad idea. Coffee, that sort of thing can stain the teeth further, or just decrease the likelihood of getting your teeth as white as you want them to get.
