The JJ Dental Spook-tacular Family Smile Basket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by J & J Dental Inc., doing business as JJ Dental (“Sponsor”).
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of JJ Dental and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
The Giveaway begins October 30, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends November 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Eligible participants may enter by scanning the designated QR code and completing the official online entry form.
Each participant must provide their full name and valid email address or telephone number so the Sponsor can contact the winner.
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Entry is completely free. No purchase, appointment, dental treatment, or consent to receive marketing communications is required.
One (1) eligible winner will receive a JJ Dental Family Smile Basket with an approximate retail value of $430.00, including:
● An electric toothbrush
● A professional take-home teeth-whitening package with custom-fitted whitening trays
● A decorative gift basket and accompanying items
The professional whitening package includes a dental evaluation to determine eligibility, impressions or digital scans for custom tray fabrication, custom whitening trays, and professional take-home whitening gel, as clinically appropriate.
No purchase or payment is required to receive the advertised prize. JJ Dental will provide the evaluation, scans or impressions, custom trays, and whitening materials included in the prize at no charge to the winner.
Professional whitening is subject to a clinical determination by a licensed dentist. If the winner is not clinically eligible for whitening, JJ Dental will provide a suitable alternative prize component of equal or greater retail value at no additional cost.
The prize is nontransferable, has no cash redemption value, and may not be exchanged for cash. No cash substitutions are permitted.
The winner must coordinate with JJ Dental to arrange prize fulfillment. Any dental services beyond those expressly included in the whitening package are not part of the prize and are not required to claim the remaining prize components.
One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
Drawing Date: November 23, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form.
The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification. If the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the stated period, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.
Prize pickup or delivery arrangements will be coordinated directly with the winner. No purchase or payment is required to claim the prize.
Information submitted for entry will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and maintain appropriate records.
Entrants may separately choose to receive future marketing communications from JJ Dental, including information about new-patient appointments, dental services, and practice promotions.
Marketing consent is optional and does not affect eligibility or the odds of winning.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the JJ Dental Giveaway Privacy Notice.
JJ Dental reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject fraudulent or duplicate entries, and take reasonable action to protect the integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
JJ Dental will not arbitrarily disqualify valid entries or withhold the advertised prize.
The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
