Minor upgrades can significantly boost our patients' confidence. In this particular case, we used one cosmetic crown to mask a peg lateral. Sometimes the second tooth on either side of the two front teeth doesn’t develop correctly. The tooth appears smaller and pointier compared to the other permanent teeth. This patient initially presented with anterior bondings done at another office. She never liked them & was scared to change them, until she had a veneer consult at JJ Dental. This patient came to us with braces on. The orthodontist positioned them as best as they could but she was left with a very gummy smile, asymmetric teeth and discolored teeth. With crown lengthening and 10 veneers we were able to correct all the concerns she was left with after having braces.

Patient came in on a Monday for surgery & implant placement; and we delivered his new, permanent teeth the very next day. Final set underway.

This amazing human being and long time patient of Dr. Cook underwent radiation and chemotherapy to combat his lymphoma. Fortunately he is now cancer free!! The damage done to the teeth and surrounding tissues, however, was rather extensive. Ultimately we extracted most of his back teeth, placed 8 implants, did 13 crowns, and restored his mouth back to proper health!!

A spectacular case by Dr. Rob! This amazing patient came in with a broken removable denture and asked us to make another one for her. She thought that was her only option other than implants. We noticed this patient’s two front teeth were beautiful and natural, and we didn’t want to touch them. We also noticed that implants wouldn’t be a great option because the space on her right was bigger than the space occupied by the baby tooth on her left. Her left canine was also discolored. We decided to use two cantilever bridges for the canines to allow for even space distribution and continuous natural color. He had worn away a lot of his upper teeth. We therefore explained that we had to restore every tooth on the upper to build his bite and rejuvenate the damage that had been done over the years. Here is a case from one of our favorite patients! She came to us wanting to correct the alignment of her teeth as well as the color. She wanted straighter, whiter, brighter teeth! We'd say Dr. Rob accomplished the goal.

We hear this one all the time! This patient had resin bonded veneers done in Miami, and they kept chipping and chipping all the time. She was fed up with having to get her bondings repaired, so she visited us. We used 6 upper veneers for this smile makeover.

Dr. Cook used 8 porcelain crowns and 14 porcelain veneers in order to correct the slant of the smile, some minor crowding and improve the color and uniformity of the smile.

8 upper veneers by Dr. Rob to achieve perfection for this amazing and sweet patient! She came in wanting some bonding on her left side to close her open bite. After taking photos and sitting down with her to understand why that wouldn’t achieve what she was looking for, we decided to fix the over-dominance of her front two teeth and the length/rotation of her lateral incisors by balancing out the height/width ratios! If it wasn’t for this patient trusting our process, she may not have ended up with this result that she loves so much!

This was a smile makeover, but one born of necessity more than just desire for a cosmetic improvement. This patient presented with decay and worn down teeth as a result of severe grinding. You don’t always need a full set of veneers for a stunning smile makeover! This patient was unhappy with a discolored, out-of-place crown on her front tooth, but a full transformation wasn’t necessary. With a combination of in-office whitening and just four veneers, we created a seamless, natural-looking result! Sometimes, small changes make the biggest impact.

Gray implant crowns, who here has ever had a problem with that? The main reason for that is using a metal infrastructure rather than a ceramic one. In this case our patient presented with a gray front implant crown. By replacing the metal with ceramic underneath and doing a minimally invasive veneer on the tooth next to it we were able to achieve next level results! Easy fix by Dr. Rob.

This patient presented with severe staining on her teeth - something braces and Invisalign can’t fix. Dr. Cook used 8 veneers for this case. During a consultation, this patient expressed years of discontent with his teeth and smile. He fractured his right front tooth as a child and his left front tooth never fully developed. He was very apprehensive about having any work done to his teeth/smile, but look at his smile now! We placed 8 very thin veneers over his existing teeth to create a new beautiful smile.

Some of the hardest cases as a cosmetic dentist are revision cases, where we are removing existing veneers to create a new smile. This beautiful patient thought her teeth looked too big and she didn’t like the color. We went whiter, more petite and slender, as well as extending further back to create more of a harmonious flow.

Veneer Revision Transformation. Sometimes, less isn’t more. Originally done with just 6 units—too bulky, too long, and those beautiful back teeth? Completely hidden. Dr. John redesigned the smile with 10 units for a more natural, balanced, and seamless look. Now that’s a smile that shines from every angle.

10 veneers by Dr. John! This patient’s teeth were slightly discolored and uneven in shade. She also had noticeable gaps, and some edges of the teeth were slightly irregular and not aligned symmetrically. Now…. Gaps closed; Teeth are evenly aligned and symmetrical; Tooth size and shape have been enhanced for a more balanced smile; and she has a whiter smile.

This sweet patient came to us with composite bonding on her front four teeth that was done about 5 years ago. One of the reasons we like to do porcelain more than composite bonding is for this exact reason. Porcelain veneers do not stain like composite does, making the restorations stay nicer for a longer period of time. Smile by Dr. Cook. This patient presented with slanted teeth, asymmetric teeth, asymmetric gums, 2 implants that were in the smile zone that needed improvement to their anatomy and yellowish teeth. This patient as you can see displays every tooth in her mouth when she smiles so we crowned or veneered every tooth on the top and did Invisalign on the lowers to correct the crowding. This case took several months from start to finish. The two biggest limiting factors that prolonged the treatment was the Invisalign and the healing that we needed after doing gum surgery on the top in order to do a better job of balancing out the asymmetries in the gums.
