All-on-4 for this patient. None of this patient’s remaining teeth were restorable so we had to remove them and place this all-on-4 prothesis (Full arch acrylic permanently affixed to 4 implants). Patient came in on a Monday for surgery & implant placement; and we delivered his new, permanent teeth the very next day. Final set underway.
